Elizabeth Rogers, LCSW

Licensed counseling for individuals, couples, and adolescents.

Oftentimes, even the strongest and most competent among us struggle. This looks different for everyone. It may be with managing emotions like anger, anxiety, or depression; dealing with the loss of a loved one or relationship; healing from trauma or struggling with substance abuse.

It could also be with little things building up- decision making at work, being a parent and dealing with the stresses that come a long with it, or even needing a place to “vent” or problem solve. People come into counseling for all sorts of reasons, and this can be a setting to explore those safely and effectively so you can learn skills to manage them.
